At their helm sits the fueding houses of theRed Rose and the White Rose, whose power is determined by playing the Game- a magical tournament in which each house sponsors a warrior to fight to death. The winning house rules the Weir.
   As if his bizarre heritage isn't enough, Jack finds out hat he's not just another member of Weirlinf-he's one of the last of the warriors-at a time when both houses are scouting for a player.

Ivy's summary: Jack was a Wizard but born as a warrior that would bein the Game in one of the Roses house to fight to death. One day Jack skips his medicine and became powerful that he almost kill another player in his soccer tryouts. Though soon his aunt took him to her friend that train Jack into a fine warrior and that he would play in the Game for one of the Roses house.

This book is kind of interesting to find out what happen to him. So I rate it.
